Nadia Salon,Inc. opened on December 24, 2008 and is owned and operated by Jeff Palmieri, Stylist and Salon Owner for 28 years. Jeff is a father of two beautiful children and chose to name this new business after his daughter, Nadia Palmieri.
Prior to opening Nadia Salon, Jeff was the owner of HAIR, INC., also located in Shadyside. HAIR, INC. was in operation for over 10 years at which point the building was sold and HAIR, INC. was in the unfortunate position to close. Being resilient and a perfectionist, Jeff Palmieri waited for an ideal location to reopen and offer a Spacious, Edgy and Modern Salon with a remarkable view of Shadyside.
Today Nadia Salon, Inc. is located at 5741 Walnut Street. We are located on the corner of Walnut and Maryland ave. We are upstairs from L’Occitane and across the street from Lululemon in the former space of Record Village.
Jeff, Salon Owner and Stylist, has been educated through DADA Academy, Vidal Sassoon, Jacques Dessange, RUSK Academy as well as the Framesi Symposium. His career began in Shadyside at Griff’s and led to opening his first salon, HAIR, Inc. in 1996. HAIR Inc. was open for over 10 years.
26 years of classic cutting experience. Bruce graduated from the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy. Bruce is a Certified Master Colorist with Framesi International. Completed Bumble & Bumble Creative Cutting Training.
We are exclusivly a Schwarzkopf salon using their Igora Royal, Igora Vibrance, Color10, Essensity, and BlondeME. We use their BC Bonacure hair care line and OSIS+ line creative styling products.
At Nadia Salon, Inc we carry a wide variety of quality hair products to keep your hair looking great. We use and offer Schwarzkopf, Paul Mitchell for retail hair color.
